RTI is a software framework company for physical AI systems, and they are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced leader to shape how the world perceives their brand and product in the automotive market. This role involves creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns, understanding market trends, and developing messaging and positioning for RTI's software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the marketing plan development and execution for RTI in Automotive
- Contribute to the development of RTI’s Automotive go-to-market strategy, ensuring initiatives and priorities are aligned across the company
- Drive the development and execution of RTI’s Automotive market positioning and messaging around Software-defined vehicles (SDVs)
- Draft and edit Automotive content including but not limited to: speaking abstracts, collateral, trade show materials, blog posts, articles, presentations, and sales training materials in collaboration with other company stakeholders
- Build and execute proactive, multi-channel demand generation campaigns in support of corporate initiatives and priorities; coordinate campaign execution within the Marketing Department; conduct post-program analysis to measure campaign success metrics
- Collaborate internally with the automotive marketing, solutions and sales teams to serve as a pulse of the industry, contributing themes and thought leadership topics to corporate content and communication channels, such as blog posts, social media posts, contributed articles, etc
- Build relationships with marketing counterparts at select partner organizations; develop and execute partner co-marketing and sales enablement programs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the Automotive industry
- Excellent writing and editing abilities
- Proven track record of executing results-oriented Automotive product marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of and experience in B2B marketing to software architects/engineers/developer
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build consensus and lead initiatives across departments and with key stakeholders
- Team player with the ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility and influence throughout an organization at all levels and across departments
- Highly-organized, detail-oriented and proficient at prioritizing and managing multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in marketing-related field
- Occasional travel required to industry tradeshows, corporate offices and/or customer/partner sites (~8x/year)
- A passion for the rapidly-evolving automotive industry
- Experience working across a variety of marketing channels and knowledge of how to effectively leverage these channels (e.g., product marketing, content marketing, social media, public relations, direct marketing, events, etc.)
- Desire and skill to speak publicly, promoting RTI to an Automotive audience at industry events, partners meetings, or online webinars
- Eager to contribute and grow on a dynamic, flexible and friendly team
