Orienta is a global provider of news, business information, and market intelligence, and they are seeking a Senior Product Designer to optimize subscription and commerce experiences. This role focuses on driving measurable impact across acquisition, conversion, and retention by collaborating with various teams to design impactful user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end subscription and commerce journeys across the full funnel: acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design leadership to define and deliver impactful user experiences
- Work across multiple brands, ensuring consistency through shared patterns while respecting brand-specific needs
- Use funnel metrics, experimentation insights, and data to inform design decisions and measure outcomes
- Contribute to and evolve the Commerce design system and reusable design patterns
- Navigate ambiguity, make independent design decisions, and clearly articulate design rationale
Requirements:

- Navigate ambiguity, make independent design decisions, and clearly articulate design rationale
- 4+ years of product design experience with ownership of end-to-end experiences
- A strong portfolio that showcases your process, decision-making, and measurable business impact
- Experience designing for conversion-focused products (subscriptions, ecommerce, SaaS, or similar)
- Strong systems thinking and experience working within design systems
- Proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of design fundamentals and accessibility
- Experience in media, publishing, or subscription-based products
- Background in growth, experimentation, or marketing-driven design
- Experience working in multi-brand environments
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven iteration
