Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling SaaS subscription products. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, engaging with C-level executives, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful deal progression.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a healthy, rolling pipeline of qualified opportunities using account-based strategies
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels
- Engage C-level executives and decision-makers across industries
- Schedule and lead compelling platform demos that include contextual slides, pain point discussions, and tailored value propositions
- Manage multiple prospects through various stages of the sales cycle, advancing and closing deals with strategic actions and cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain clean and accurate records in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and use sales enablement tools to track activity and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, legal, and finance to support deal progression and ensure alignment across teams
- Position our full suite of offerings strategically, demonstrating how they solve client challenges and differentiate us from competitors
- Provide ongoing feedback to internal stakeholders on client needs, market trends, and process enhancements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong skills in outbound sales, C-Level engagement, new business development, and cold calling
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and other sales enablement tools
