Project Manager Healthcare

Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system that empowers its associates to reimagine healthcare. The Project Manager at Dispensary of Hope will spearhead critical, strategic projects across the organization, managing organization-wide projects and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop project plans.

Responsibilities:

• Manage organization-wide projects
• Develop project plans/charters in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Negotiate and monitor the use of resources for projects, making recommendations to leadership
• Work closely with organization-wide to develop project plans and implement those projects

Requirements:

• Three years of experience managing projects in a healthcare or non-profit setting
• Strong customer service skills
• Presentation skills
• Project planning/management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Problem-solving skills
• Technical proficiency (GSuite, Excel, Salesforce, Agile, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Internal and external customer service experience
• Developing and giving presentations
• Project planning and management experience
• Work independently by prioritizing and managing time
• Problem solving skills
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable
