Project Manager-Technology

Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system that empowers its associates to reimagine healthcare. They are seeking a Project Manager-Technology to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects, ensuring they align with business goals
• Leverage human resources, technical and financial processes and structures to support enterprise wide change
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets leveraging High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage project scope, risks, issues and change requests
• Manage the project management delivery and is a subject matter expert in Information Technology project management principles, techniques and best practices
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in
• Lead and support cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management lifecycle methodology
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
