Microsoft is a global leader in technology, seeking a Senior Product Manager-Portfolio Strategy to drive the strategy for a unified portfolio catalog. This role involves leveraging AI for insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage AI to analyze customer and market signals, identify opportunities, and set the strategic frame for a One Services portfolio
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your One Services portfolio, aligning to Microsoft’s business goals & customer needs
- Work with individual Services product owners to ensure product roadmaps align across the portfolio to meet customer needs, drive to a single product strategy, and achieve our Services growth and company impact ambitions
- Lead cross-functional teams to define what problems to solve with our integrated portfolio, supporting company-wide initiatives
- Use quantitative and qualitative analyses (telemetry, customer feedback, market trends) to inform decisions and validate market fit
- Engage directly with customers and partners to solicit feedback and understand their experiences
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Offer Development teams to develop release criteria, customer acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies
- Lead presentations and evangelize the single services catalog at executive briefings and industry events
- Own and prioritize the One Services product backlog, ensuring strategic alignment with long-term objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams to refine product strategies and drive innovation
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure products meet quality, privacy, security, and ethical standards
- Incorporate up-to-date threat models and compliance requirements into product design and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework)
- 8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product)
