Ray Advertising is a U.S.-based company specializing in performance marketing, health insurance, and e-commerce. They are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative to drive growth by engaging and qualifying high-value advertisers, booking meetings, and building strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive high-volume outbound activity through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential advertisers aligned with Ray Advertising’s performance marketing services
- Deliver confident, value-driven sales conversations with decision-makers
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach KPIs
- Follow approved sales scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and outreach SOPs
- Maintain discipline, consistency, and accuracy in all outbound activities
- Manage early-stage sales pipeline from first contact to qualified meeting
- Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales and management teams
- Ensure a high meeting show rate through proper qualification and preparation
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline momentum
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to closers
- Build trust-based relationships with advertisers using a consultative approach
- Educate prospects on Ray Advertising’s performance-driven value proposition
- Warm leads effectively before transitioning them to senior sales representatives
- Represent the company with professionalism, credibility, and confidence
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Track all calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline stages
- Ensure transparency and visibility for leadership through proper reporting
- Follow internal documentation standards, workflows, and data hygiene requirements
- Research advertiser needs, market trends, and competitor pricing
- Continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging based on data and feedback
- Share market insights and performance observations with leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to onboarding
- Support early-stage communication to maintain deal momentum
- Assist with onboarding coordination when required
Requirements:
- 1.5–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Cold Calling, Email Outreach, or Social Selling
- Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound sales activity
- Prior experience in Pay Per Call, Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, or Performance Marketing is highly preferred
- Experience selling to U.S.-based advertisers
- Exposure to performance marketing, PPC, lead generation, or affiliate ecosystems
- Experience working in remote, fast-paced sales environments
- Sales training certifications or advanced sales coursework (a plus)
