TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Service / Inside Sales Specialist. The role involves assisting customers with scheduling pest and rodent inspections in a high‑volume call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle 80–100 inbound calls per day with professionalism and accuracy
- Place outbound follow‑up calls as needed to complete appointment scheduling
- Schedule pest and rodent inspection appointments (no quotes provided over the phone)
- Meet performance goals, including lead conversion and appointment bookings
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Clearly communicate product features, service expectations, and next steps
- Maintain accurate notes and customer information within internal systems
- Apply strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills to overcome objections
- Support customer retention by delivering a great experience on each call
Requirements:
- 1+ year call center experience required (customer service; sales is a plus)
- Strong communication, customer service, and data entry skills
- High attention to detail and comfort working in a structured, metric‑driven environment
- Must be available for all training sessions — no missed time permitted during the first 3 weeks
- Experience with upselling, retention, or objection handling preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
