This role involves owning the full sales cycle and selling directly to manufacturing leaders, while engaging with various stakeholders and supporting implementations alongside technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Sell directly to manufacturing leaders across the United States and North America
- Engage plant managers, operations leaders, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders
- Travel to customer sites as needed for demos, proof of concepts, and relationship building
- Work cross-functionally with technical teams to support implementations
Requirements:
- Proven experience selling software solutions into manufacturing companies
- Background working within a startup or high-growth environment
- Ability to manage technical and consultative sales conversations
- Strong understanding of industrial operations, automation, or AI-driven solutions
- Comfortable selling across North America with no territory restrictions
