Senior Product Designer

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our fast-moving, mission-driven product team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the design process, shaping user journeys across mobile and web products while ensuring aesthetic excellence and user-centered thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the End-To-End UX Design Process for New and Existing Digital Products, from Discovery and Ideation Through Prototyping, Testing, and High-Fidelity Design
• Conduct In-Depth User Research (Interviews, Usability Testing, Competitive Analysis) to Uncover User Needs and Pain Points
• Translate Insights into Journey Maps, User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, and Pixel-Perfect UI Designs with High Aesthetic Value
• Design Accessible, User-Friendly Interfaces for Both Mobile and Web Platforms, in Alignment with WCAG Guidelines
• Own and Evolve Our Design System, Ensuring Consistency and Scalable UI Patterns Across Products
• Drive Information Architecture and Usability Principles with Clarity and Intention
• Lead Collaborative Design Reviews and Articulate Design Decisions to Product Managers, Developers, and Key Stakeholders
• Partner Closely with Engineering and Product Teams to Ensure Design Feasibility and Technical Alignment
• Conduct Ongoing User Testing, A/B Testing, and Analytics Reviews to Iterate and Optimize Product Experiences
• Contribute to Product Strategy by Identifying UX Opportunities Based on User Trends, Data, and Emerging Technologies
• Mentor Junior Designers and Contribute to Building a Culture of Design Excellence and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Requirements:

• 4+ Years of Professional Experience in UX/UI or Product Design
• Strong Background in UX Architecture, Systems Thinking, and Product Discovery Frameworks
• A Refined Visual Eye and Love for Aesthetic Usability and Design Craftsmanship
• Deep Expertise in Tools Like Figma, Maze, Jira, and Other Product/Design Platforms
• Experience with Conversion Optimization, Micro-Interactions, and Motion/UI Animation
• Solid Command of Accessibility, Responsive Design, and Component-Based Design Systems
• Proven Ability to Lead User Research, Synthesize Data, and Translate Findings into Actionable Design
• Passion for Collaborating Cross-Functionally with Developers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Stakeholders
• Excellent Communicator Who Can Clearly Defend and Sell Design Ideas at Every Level
• Takes End-To-End Ownership of Design Initiatives, from Strategy to Execution
• Familiarity with AI-Integrated UX and Designing for Behavior-Driven Digital Health Solutions
