Healthcare/Pharma- Product Manager(PBM)

Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a Healthcare/Pharma Product Manager with extensive experience in IT and Digital Project Management. The role involves managing product strategies, building relationships, and ensuring successful product iterations based on consumer insights and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Decides targets for success while constantly reviewing analytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs
• Facilitates cross-functional communication and collaboration, building strong relationships across all organizational levels
• Defines strategy for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation
• Creates features and stories for current and future products based on consumer insights, research, business goals, and customer experience needs

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT or Digital Project Management, Business Analyst, or similar full SDLC experience with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Product Manager role and 5 years of experience in translating business needs and requirements gathering to IT or Digital Products
• 5+ years deep knowledge of information technology principles, Agile development methodologies and knowledge of Cloud platforms / applications/ software products or design tools
• 5+ years of experience in handling customer expectations and relationship building
