Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system dedicated to reimagining healthcare. The Project Manager at Dispensary of Hope will spearhead critical strategic projects across the organization, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.
Responsibilities:
- Manage organization-wide projects
- Develop project plans/charters in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Negotiate and monitor the use of resources for projects, making recommendations to leadership
- Work closely with organization-wide to develop project plans and implement those projects
Requirements:
- Three years of experience managing projects in a healthcare or non-profit setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Presentation skills
- Project planning/management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency (GSuite, Excel, Salesforce, Agile, Jira, Smartsheet)
- Internal and external customer service experience
- Developing and giving presentations
- Project planning and management experience
- Work independently by prioritizing and managing time
- Problem solving experience
- Healthcare background
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable
