Product Manager

Claritas Rx is a venture-backed digital health startup focused on improving the patient experience with specialty biopharmaceutical products. They are seeking a Product Manager to support the development of their healthcare data-driven platform, collaborating with teams to execute product vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the product team in executing the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals
• Assist the product team in conducting user research, synthesizing learnings and developing design mockups. Also, participate in customer and stakeholder meetings to gather product insights and feedback
• Assist the product team in establishing and executing scrum / agile processes for product development life cycle, including defining and organizing user stories
• Assist the product team in development product requirement documents and related artifacts
• Support the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed
• Support the assigned scrum team in testing dashboards, reports and other engineering outputs
• Help track and analyze key product metrics, gathering user feedback to improve the product

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or related discipline)
• Two years experience in product management, building enterprise or B2B customer facing products. Experience working in a growth stage, start-up environment is a plus!
• Interest in healthcare technology, digital health, or biopharmaceutical industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
