ABC Fitness is the #1 software provider for fitness businesses of any size, all around the world. They are seeking Sales Development Representatives to build relationships and drive meaningful impact in the fitness industry by generating qualified leads and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting into a defined set of ICP accounts using a structured, multi-touch approach (email, phone, social)
- Research and enrich accounts and contacts aligned to ICP and segment priorities
- Generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and sales-accepted leads (SALs) monthly
- Deliver clean, context-rich handoffs to AEs with clear use case, buyer pain, and next steps
- Influence closed-won opportunities monthly that originated from outbound-sourced leads
- Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene—updating notes same day, ensuring no unworked or stale tasks
- Ensure ≥80% of sourced SQLs match ICP; maintain a ≤25% no-show/cancel rate
- Partner with AEs to align outreach strategies, feedback loops, and pipeline priorities
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of outbound sales or prospecting experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Ability to research accounts, identify pain, and craft personalized outreach
- Consistent execution of structured cadences across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- High accountability to performance KPIs and conversion metrics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Highly coachable, open to direct feedback, call reviews, and ongoing skill development
- Experience building outbound programs or testing messaging strategies
- Understanding of buyer journey and qualification frameworks (e.g., SPIN, BANT, MEDDPICC)
- Strong partnership experience with Account Executives
- Interest in data enrichment and pipeline strategy
- Success in a remote or distributed sales team environment
- Passion for Health & Fitness
- Previous Fitness Operator experience
