Intapp is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager with deep expertise in email marketing strategy and execution to drive operational excellence across our digital marketing programs. This role will serve as a key owner of our email channel, partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Events, and cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize scalable, high-impact campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary operational owner for email marketing strategy and execution, including lifecycle, nurture, and campaign-based programs
- Translate marketing strategy into scalable email workflows, automation logic, segmentation frameworks, and testing plans
- Build and optimize complex email campaigns and journeys within marketing automation platforms
- Partner with Growth Marketing and stakeholders to define audience strategy, personalization approaches, and performance benchmarks
- Ensure best practices across deliverability, compliance, data hygiene, and campaign QA
- Own and refine intake, timelines, and execution processes to ensure consistent and on-time campaign delivery
- Monitor email performance (engagement, conversion, pipeline impact) and surface insights to inform testing and optimization
- Contribute to the evolution of lead scoring, lifecycle triggers, and automation logic to reflect customer complexity
- Support operational workflows across events and other digital channels as needed
- Establish and maintain documentation, templates, and scalable frameworks for email and lifecycle programs
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert on email marketing platforms and automation strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing, with strong emphasis on email marketing and marketing automation
- Demonstrated experience building and optimizing lifecycle, nurture, and automated email programs
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong understanding of segmentation strategy, personalization, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Experience balancing strategic planning with detailed campaign execution
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Growth, Sales, and Analytics teams
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting engagement, pipeline, and attribution data
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or Enterprise marketing environments preferred
