Responsibilities:

• Speak with clients who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Answer questions and provide clear, professional guidance
• Conduct virtual consultations to understand client needs
• Recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions
• Complete applications and follow up with clients as needed
• Participate in training, coaching, and team support sessions
