Habit Burger & Grill is seeking a Technical Program Manager for their POS Platform Enablement. The role involves leading large-scale Byte POS deployments, coordinating across multiple teams, and ensuring technical readiness while maintaining program quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Byte POS deployments, from planning through go-live and stabilization
- Coordinate across Technology, Restaurant Operations, Finance, Security, Legal, Franchise teams, and external partners
- Drive integrated program plans covering software, hardware, integrations, network readiness, training, and cutover
- Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and keep complex programs moving forward
- Adapt deployment approaches to meet regional and market-specific needs while maintaining consistency and quality
- Communicate program progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders
- Capture learnings from deployments and improve repeatable rollout playbooks
- Own end-to-end execution of large-scale Byte POS deployments, from readiness through stabilization
- Build and maintain integrated program plans covering technology, operations, vendor execution, training, and cutover
- Actively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across parallel workstreams
- Establish clear success metrics and ensure delivery against committed milestones
- Lead and align cross-functional teams across Technology, Restaurant Ops, Finance, Security, Legal, and Franchise organizations
- Drive accountability with external vendors and system integrators through clear plans and performance tracking
- Adapt deployment execution to regional market requirements while maintaining global standards
- Ensure technical readiness across POS software, integrations, hardware, networking, and support models
- Translate technical constraints into clear execution plans for non-technical stakeholders
- Validate go-live criteria and oversee cutover and stabilization activities
- Drive post-launch reviews and operational improvements
- Provide concise, accurate program updates to senior leaders
- Escalate risks early with clear mitigation options
- Influence outcomes through data, clarity, and execution credibility
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
- Experience with POS, restaurant, or retail systems
- Proven ownership of large, complex technology deployments in enterprise environments
- Strong technical fluency across software systems, integrations, and infrastructure
- Experience managing global or multi-region programs
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience working with franchise partners
