The Product Adoption Manager will lead a team focused on driving product adoption and revenue growth by collaborating with sales teams and developing strategies for large customer sales and mid-market advertisers.
Responsibilities:
- Attract, train, and develop a team of world-class talent Product Adoption Strategists
- Collaborate with your team to develop vertical and account-level product strategies to deliver business results for Reddit advertisers
- Empower and inspire your team to exceed established product adoption and revenue targets
- Partner with Sales and Product Leaders to crystalize market opportunities, refine product target account lists, and identify roadmap opportunities for development
- Work with Sales and Strategy & Operations leadership to track progress to goal and identify steps that can be taken to accelerate outcomes
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with external (key clients, agency partners) and internal (Product, PMM, Sales Leads) constituents
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct people management experience in advertising, media sales, and/or product growth
- 10+ years of experience in media sales
- Experience leading teams at dynamic, industry-leading companies while working across a variety of verticals and challenges
- Track record of building high-performing teams through mentorship, talent development, and strategic talent acquisition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for Reddit and its incredibly unique audiences
