About this role
Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to shape the user experience of their digital products. The role involves conducting user research, leading design sprints, and collaborating with product managers and developers to create user-centric designs.
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research through interviews and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Design Sprints: Lead and participate in design sprints to rapidly prototype and test new ideas
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and test usability
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design vision with business goals and user needs
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep products at the forefront of UX innovation
Requirements:
- 7+ years of design experience, preferably within a technical product or mobile application environment
- Experience leading projects with limited oversight as an individual contributor
- Mentoring designers and leading design meetings
- Supporting other product teams as needed
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital solutions
- Strong collaboration with product owners, product teams, and UX designers using design thinking and research methodologies
- Ability to help shape product vision across the organization
- Thorough, practical understanding of product design and scalable design systems
- Proficiency in component-driven design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Experience creating interactive design prototypes
- Experience with Jira and Figma
- Experience designing for product-based platforms
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with distributed teams
