Saama is a company focused on providing Business Intelligence solutions to support finance teams. They are seeking a Business Analyst with extensive experience in BI tools to architect and deliver finance models, partner with finance users, and develop technical solutions to business problems.
Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence to support a Finance team
- Experience in any BI tool (like Tableau, Power BI extra) and any finance systems (such as Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, Anaplan, Netsuite, Workday)
- Architect, solution design, build and deliver finance models to support Finance planning, forecasting processes, revenue, annual reports, procurement
- Partner with finance users to understand business requirements and identify new use cases for Revenue reports (KRR, MRR)o Annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Controller reports such as Balance Sheet, profit and loss, month over month variance, forex conversion Procurement (Purchase orders, Budgets, Invoicing)
- HR Analytics reports for Finance Customer churn, Retention, Accrual extra
- Design the data integration between internal systems, monitor data flows to and from the platform to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate
- Develop technical solutions to business problems; validate and communicate technical solutions to internal and external team members, test solutions and ensure it meets specifications
- Provide ongoing support to the business community regarding application functionality, business processes, and data integrity
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders - story-boarding, user story writing, and requirements gathering workshops digitize story-boarding artifacts and provide input in design sessions
