US - Business Analyst III

ICONMA is a leading financial institution seeking a Business Analyst III for a remote role. The primary responsibilities include facilitating operational risk assessments, engaging with stakeholders, and managing documentation related to risk and controls across various Consumer Bank processes.

Responsibilities:

• Works with different stakeholders and business, documents risks
• Facilitating a risk and control assessment
• Identifying and gathering stakeholders
• Reviewing process maps and documentation to inform risk and control documentation
• Eliciting feedback from stakeholders
• Engaging control partners for review and approvals
• Setting up workshops to work through the different stages of the risks assessments and additional ad-hoc working sessions as needed
• Facilitating 2-3 risk assessments concurrently through the contract period

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 yrs overall experience
• Understand how to identify risk writing a process and how to articulate and design control for those risks
• Comfortable leading a large group of stakeholders – facilitating and get them to agreeing
• Strong excel
