People Architects is partnering with a multi-brand consumer business to hire a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs that keep customers engaged, coming back, and buying more. This high-impact role involves leading a small team, working cross-functionally, and using segmentation, automation, and experimentation to deliver personalized experiences across the full customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Build and run lifecycle strategy across the full customer journey (welcome, nurture, retention, winback, VIP, replenishment, etc.)
- Deliver lifecycle initiatives through a monthly marketing calendar aligned to business goals
- Own program performance: communicate results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Partner with brand, product, creative, and finance to plan and execute integrated campaigns
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages
- Build and optimize segmentation, personalization, and targeting frameworks
- Track and improve performance using customer metrics (engagement, retention, revenue, ROI, etc.)
- Establish and maintain a testing and experimentation engine (A/B tests, holdouts, optimization roadmaps)
- Continuously improve the customer experience across lifecycle touchpoints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in lifecycle marketing or a closely related discipline
- Strong analytical mindset to turn data into decisions
- Experience with automation tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar platforms
- Proven experience building/using A/B testing & experimentation frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- eCommerce experience, especially in multi-brand environments
- Exposure across email & SMS and comfort collaborating with teams driving social/influencer programs
