They are seeking a Senior Channels Automation and AI Application Engineer to lead automation initiatives, develop AI-driven solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead automation initiatives for partner tools and operational processes, leveraging AI and modern web technologies
- Develop documentation to optimize AI-driven data solutions
- Consolidate and automate reporting needs using AI and data analytics
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions for web and channel operations
- Manage coding tasks and operational automation projects across partner platforms and portals
- Ensure timely delivery of projects through effective time management and adherence to project lifecycle methodologies
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a technical role, preferably in B2B environments
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- Strong programming knowledge and understanding of data structures, architecture, and automation techniques
- Experienced user of reporting tools such as Spotfire and Power BI
- Broad knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, Neural Networks, learning techniques, and data mining
- Software development and tools (TFS, Devops)
- Familiarity with O365 programs and technical documentation best-practices
- Excellent communication (technical, descriptive, persuasive) and collaboration skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work cross-functionally and in geographically dispersed teams
- SQL, data architecture and database systems (Oracle, SQL server, MySQL)
- Advanced Excel (VBA, macros and functions/charts/graphs)
- Experience with project lifecycle management from conception through closure
- Familiarity with partner organization models, tools, and policies
