GDI Infotech is a premier IT talent and solutions partner headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan. They are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule 3–5 qualified meetings per week consistently for the Director of Client & Talent Success that contribute to new business growth
- Execute consistent daily outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Initiate meaningful conversations that uncover current and future IT staffing needs
- Research and identify target prospects using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Zoho CRM, and other sales tools
- Leverage marketing campaigns, content, and outbound sequences to support engagement efforts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity metrics
- Collaborate cross-functional with Sales, Marketing, and Recruiting teams to ensure alignment
Requirements:
- Strong cold calling skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executives
- High energy, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive without micromanagement
- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills
- Coachable and adaptable with a willingness to learn IT staffing concepts
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and CRM experience
- Comfortable working in a metrics driven environment
- 2 or more years of experience in outbound sales, business development, SDR or BDR roles, inside sales, or technical recruiting is preferred
