UKG Software Engineer at Remote

E-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a UKG Software Engineer to work on project build-out of UKG foundations for a new entity in Success Factors. The role involves deep understanding of UKG Workforce Dimensions and strong functional knowledge of UKG modules, along with configuring and customizing them to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Creating approval processes, upload rules/policies/procedures, integrations, creating TS rules
• Focus on timekeeping, approvals, absences, accrual processes
• Working on project build out of UKG foundations for new entity in Success Factors
• Build modules/structure with Success Factors
• Configuring and customizing UKG modules to meet specific business requirements
• Knowledge of how UKG Workforce Dimensions integrate with other applications like SAP and SuccessFactors

Requirements:

• UKG application, specifically workforce dimensions - creating approval processes, upload rules/policies/procedures, integrations, creating TS rules
• Focus on timekeeping, approvals, absences, accrual processes
• Deep understanding of UKG Workforce Dimensions and strong functional knowledge of UKG modules including: Workforce Dimensions, Workforce Dimensions Timekeeping, Workforce Dimensions Accruals, Workforce Dimensions Absence, Workforce Dimensions Analytics, Dell Boomi Workforce Dimensions Integration Platform, Workforce Dimensions Outlook Plugin
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing UKG modules to meet specific business requirements
• Integration knowledge with SAP and SuccessFactors
• Experience working in any modules of SAP/S4 HCM/SuccessFactors
