Infinity Constellation is a company focused on making AI useful for business through managed AI as a service. As a Senior Project Manager at Supernal, you will be responsible for ensuring project success by managing the project lifecycle, communicating with stakeholders, and leading the team to deliver on time and to specification.
Responsibilities:
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
- Break work into milestones, dependencies, and timelines
- Identify and track risks, assumptions, and mitigation plans early
- Manage the Build → Subscription transition—the riskiest client phase—with clear successful exit criteria and readiness plans
- Own all reporting for your clients—depth, accuracy, completeness
- Lead all written and verbal communication, including weekly client syncs
- Drill into project details; question “green” statuses constructively and validate progress with AI Masons
- Proactively schedule internal syncs to align teams and resolve blockers
- Maintain system hygiene across all project tools
- Continuously verify SoW and contractual alignment against actual delivery
- Communicate transparently—share status, blockers, and decisions early
- Manage stakeholders with clarity, structure, and expectation alignment
- Maintain a single source of truth for documentation
- Partner with the Lead AI Mason to verify scoping and resource needs
- Meet deadlines or raise risks early with mitigation options
- Ensure testing, validation, and reviews are completed—never assumed
- Conduct structured post-mortems to capture learnings and improvement actions
- Take full ownership for results, end-to-end
- Anticipate issues and propose solutions—not just problems
- Track commitments, actions, and owners; escalate blockers promptly
- Model proactive, structured communication and disciplined follow-through
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years managing complex programs (SaaS, AI, and automation experience a plus)
- Proven record of on-time, to-spec delivery with high client satisfaction
- Deep experience in scope definition, planning, risk, and change management
- Strong communicator—structured, concise, and transparent
- Skilled at probing assumptions, validating data, and driving decisions
- Hands-on with PM tools
- Confident operating across technical and executive stakeholder levels
- Familiar with our core stack: workflow automation (n8n), low-code frontends (e.g. Lovable), databases (e.g. Supabase), webhooks, HTTP requests, APIs, etc
