Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency with a global team. As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead strategic product decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create user-centered solutions that influence high-impact digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic product decisions across complex engagements, aligning stakeholders and delivery teams around clear product direction
- Translate business goals and user insights into roadmaps, priorities, and opportunities that guide cross-functional execution
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and strategy partners to deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions
- Bring clarity through documentation, product artifacts, and strong communication that moves projects forward
- Collaborate with clients to uncover user needs, define product opportunities, and validate direction
- Create alignment across teams with frameworks, tools, and facilitation that supports momentum and decision-making
- Contribute to the successful launch of digital products that are strategically aligned and thoughtfully executed
- Advance product thinking across the organization by modeling strong discovery practices and adaptable methodologies
- Lead engagements that deliver measurable business and user impact
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, including at least 2 years in a client-facing or agency setting
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote teams spread across time zones
- Solid track record of shipping mobile apps and/or responsive web platforms
- Confident leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, balancing scope, value, and feasibility
- Experienced across the full product lifecycle, from navigating ambiguous discovery phases to managing detailed QA
- Well-versed in lean/agile methodologies through sprint-based delivery with cross-functional teams
- Technically fluent, able to collaborate effectively with engineers, understand common constraints and architectures
- Adept in tools like Figma, FigJam, Notion, and Linear
- Curious about emerging tools, especially AI, and how they can improve the way we work and what we build
