Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale core digital acquisition and growth programs. The role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing digital strategies across various channels while working cross-functionally to support broader go-to-market objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the execution and optimization of digital marketing programs across paid social, search, display, and emerging digital channels
- Support integrated campaign launches by amplifying events, product moments, and GTM initiatives through digital distribution
- Partner with Content and Web teams to develop and execute a cohesive search and discovery strategy that improves visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms
- Continuously optimize performance through experimentation with messaging, creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve efficiency and conversion
- Manage digital budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting; build dashboards and deliver insights that inform investment decisions
- Monitor performance trends, test new channels and formats, and recommend optimizations based on data and experimentation
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments, with a strong foundation in digital performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing paid media across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, or similar channels
- Strong expertise in SEO and modern search/discovery strategies, including AI-driven and answer-based platforms
- Experience with digital tracking, attribution, and reporting best practices (e.g., GA4, UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking)
- Demonstrated ability to design and run experiments, optimize funnels, and improve conversion performance
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
