Westinghouse Electric Company is a leader in providing clean energy solutions, and they are seeking a Global Supply Chain Solutions Project Manager to execute supply chain projects within scope and budget. The role involves coordinating teams and external vendors to ensure project success while reporting to the Director of GSCS Operations and OPEX.
Responsibilities:
- Define scope, goals, milestones, and success criteria; build integrated project plans (charter, WBS, schedule, RAIL log, Risk Register)
- Lead cross-functional teams (SIOP, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and IT)
- Manage critical path, dependencies, and change control, guide issue resolution
- Manage and facilitate projects that drive organizational change with training, SIOP updates, and adoption plans; manage partner communications
- Create executive-ready updates: status reports and risk reports with mitigation plans
- Facilitate project governance: weekly standups, monthly steering reviews, and gate approvals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years Project Management experience, with 2+ years leading supply chain projects
- Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and vendors across multiple sites/functions
- Professional certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, in process or willing to get
