Project Manager

Hyra is working on behalf of Worldbridge Partners - Affiliate Detroit to hire for the position of ERP Project Manager. This role focuses on leading the implementation of integrated Infor ERP technology solutions for global clients, managing collaborative teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-lifecycle ERP implementation projects using established methodologies
• Manage collaborative teams consisting of internal and customer resources
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and technical delivery requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions and escalations
• Ensure projects reach a successful conclusion while building lasting client relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex ERP implementations
• Background in professional services and technical service delivery
• Ability to lead diverse teams in a remote and on-site environment
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on integrity and transparency
• Availability to travel as required for specific customer engagements
