Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced contract marketer to lead targeted Account-Based Marketing initiatives for high-priority enterprise accounts. The role focuses on designing and executing personalized ABM programs while also contributing to lifecycle and email marketing efforts to enhance engagement and support pipeline creation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for strategic enterprise accounts across channels including paid social, email, direct mail, events, executive experiences, and intent-driven outreach
- Develop personalized messaging frameworks, content assets, and tailored experiences aligned to account priorities and buying committee needs
- Leverage account-level engagement, behavioral data, and intent signals to trigger timely, relevant campaigns
- Partner closely with Sales to support executive events, VIP experiences, and bespoke account engagement strategies
- Collaborate with account teams to build account plans, identify expansion opportunities, and activate targeted programs that open doors and move deals forward
- Measure and report on ABM performance, including engagement, account coverage, event effectiveness, and pipeline influence; use insights to iterate and improve
- Work with regional and cross-functional teams to operationalize and scale ABM programs across markets
- Support the development and optimization of lifecycle and email nurture programs
- Assist in building segmented, automated journeys aligned to personas, buying stages, and intent signals
- Continuously refine messaging, workflows, and reporting to improve engagement and conversion rates
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments, with at least 2 years focused on Account-Based Marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and intent platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, Clay, or similar tools
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel ABM campaigns in close partnership with Sales and other cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting messaging for senior and executive audiences
- Experience managing campaigns, reporting, and automation within HubSpot and Salesforce
- Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, email personalization, and nurture best practices
