They are seeking a Product Manager to define and drive product strategy for generative AI and agentic capabilities, engaging with customers and translating insights into a clear product vision.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product strategy for generative AI and agentic capabilities, ensuring our PG AI platform helps enterprises move from experimentation to real business value
- Maintain a sharp perspective on the evolving AI landscape—understanding how foundation models, agents, and emerging architectures are reshaping enterprise workflows and decision-making
- Engage directly with customers to understand their AI adoption challenges, use cases, and the barriers standing between them and meaningful outcomes
- Translate market dynamics and customer insights into a clear product vision and roadmap that positions us to win
- Partner closely with engineering to shape product direction, navigate technical tradeoffs, and deliver experiences that are both powerful and accessible
- Collaborate across go-to-market teams to develop positioning, messaging, and strategies that resonate with enterprise buyers
- Influence stakeholders at all levels—building alignment around a shared vision in a space where everyone has opinions and the ground is constantly shifting
Requirements:
- Proven product management experience with a focus on strategy and market-facing work, not just delivery
- Strong command of the generative AI and agentic ecosystem—you understand the capabilities, limitations, and enterprise implications of these technologies
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value and business outcomes
- Excellent collaboration and influence skills—you know how to partner with engineering as equals, align diverse stakeholders, and drive decisions in ambiguous environments
- Direct experience working with enterprise customers on AI adoption, data strategy, or related domains
- Sharp product instincts and the ability to synthesize customer feedback, competitive dynamics, and market trends into a differentiated point of view
- Clear, compelling communication—you can articulate a vision that gets engineers, executives, and customers equally excited
