Bolt Insight is a research and insights partner helping brands better understand people by making research more conversational and accessible. The Business Development Executive role focuses on generating high-quality first conversations with enterprise prospects in the United States, engaging target accounts, qualifying interest, and converting outreach into meaningful sales meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume, personalised outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, event follow-ups, content drops) to generate first-touch engagement with ICPs
- Research target organisations and stakeholders to tailor outreach to real business challenges
- Work closely with Marketing to activate ABM plays: prioritised enterprise accounts, tailored value propositions, case studies, and service claims
- Build and maintain lead lists in the United States and ensure CRM accuracy (HubSpot)
- Arrange intro calls/first meetings for Business Development Managers; ensure smooth handover and context briefing
- Track and improve performance (reply rates, meetings booked, account coverage)
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in outbound SDR/BDR, market research, insights, SaaS sales, or agency outreach roles
- Strong written communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders
- Experience selling into US enterprise accounts is a plus
- Familiar with ABM concepts, segmentation, ICP frameworks, HubSpot and Amplemarket
- Genuine interest in insights, market research, and how consumer understanding informs business decisions (prior experience not required)
