IntePros is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of high-impact products within their Group Purchasing Organization. This role requires a strategic, data-driven product leader who will own the product vision, guide development teams, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver a robust, prioritized product roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of product enhancements and new capabilities
- Use data, customer insights, and intuition to identify opportunities that improve customer experience and business value
- Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product releases, including customer communications and readiness across sales, support, and commercial teams
- Communicate early and often with product leadership to coordinate work and manage cross-product dependencies
- Contribute to enterprise-level product strategy and cross-product roadmap planning
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand user needs and prioritize solutions
- Stay informed on competitor offerings, capabilities, and value propositions
- Play a key role in delivering a consistent, connected omnichannel experience
- Act as a product evangelist—working closely with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Experience, and Customer Support
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate requirements, and demonstrate new functionality
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and support a culture of accountability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Experience deploying or supporting Salesforce or other CRM workflows
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, SDLC planning, and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels—from engineers to executives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Confident presenter with excellent discovery and active listening abilities
- Ability to self-learn, adapt quickly, and continuously deepen technical understanding
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily accountability
- Experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical environments
