TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers with problem resolutions regarding auto leases and loans. The role involves making informative calls to customers, verifying insurance, and uploading information to the company's internal website.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance
- This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc
- The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to gather more information
- Overall, they are assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met
- All informative calls, not sales or collections
- 14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones all day
- Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high)
- Upload information to company's internal website
- Leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on client approved messages)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of Customer service experience
- Bilingual in French & English
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Comfort level that they WILL be on the phones all day long
