TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers with problem resolutions related to their insurance on auto leases and loans, ensuring all requirements are met through informative calls.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance
- This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc
- The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to gather more information
- Overall, they are assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met
- All informative calls, not sales or collections
- 14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones all day
- Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high)
- Upload information to company's internal website
- Leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on client approved messages)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of Customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Comfort level that they WILL be on the phones all day long
