Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound reservation calls from guests and travel agents with professionalism and efficiency
- Upsell and close reservation transactions while meeting revenue targets
- Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and document interactions using internal systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent call center or customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type 25 WPM and pass computer competency assessments
- Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
