- Coordinates and oversees all phases of IT projects such as Networking, Voice & Access and Contact center, Call center or Telephony projects
- Ensure timely completion of tasks in line with project objectives
- Provide customers and leadership support through project management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- PMP certification required
- 5+ years of IT project management experience required
- Experience managing IT projects with a focus on Networking, Operations, Voice & Access projects
- Contact center, call center or telephony experience
