About this role
BriteCore is a dynamic company focused on empowering Property & Casualty insurers with modern cloud-native technology. The Senior Presales Engineer will work closely with prospective customers to address their complex challenges, configure the software, and deliver tailored demonstrations of the BriteCore Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals, gather requirements and align BriteCore’s capabilities with their needs
- Design and deliver customized demos and proposals that tell a clear story of value
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support revenue growth through technical insight and solution design
- Share customer feedback and observations with Product and Engineering to guide future development
- Train and enable the Sales and Marketing teams on our Platform’s functionality and technical differentiators
- Complete RFI / RFP responses and proof of concept projects
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot demo and trial environments to ensure a smooth experience
- Analyze customer documentation to identify opportunities and potential gaps
- Represent BriteCore as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert during customer meetings and industry events
- Up to 50% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Presales Engineer working at a B2B SaaS company
- 3+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, supporting a SaaS platform
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a structured approach to challenges
- Proven experience translating technical information into language that's easy for non technical audiences to understand
- Excellent presentation, collaboration and problem solving skills
- Comfort with system configuration and technical troubleshooting
- Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and sound judgment
- Strong situational awareness and the ability to adapt your approach based on your audience
- 2+ years of experience working as a Python Backend Engineer
- Experience as a Salesforce administrator
