The Staff Product Manager, Identity Resilience will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of Rubrik’s Identity Resilience offering, ensuring the protection and compliance of customer identity providers and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Identity Infrastructure Protection, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
- Lead the development of security and protection features for the identity platforms such as Active Directory, EntraID, Okta, and connected Identity tools
- Drive adoption and engagement of identity resilience features, working closely with enterprise customers to understand their security pain points and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, marketing, and sales to ensure the product roadmap aligns with business goals and customer needs
- Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and ongoing iteration
- Stay up to date on industry trends, identity security best practices, and compliance frameworks
- Define key success metrics and use data-driven insights to make product decisions
- Represent the product internally and externally, serving as a subject matter expert in Identity Infrastructure Resilience
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on B2B enterprise security and identity protection
- Deep knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) security, including experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, AWS Identity Center, Privileged Access Management tools, Identity Governance and Access tools or similar platforms
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate complex identity security concepts into user-friendly solutions
- Demonstrated capability in taking products from concept (0 to 1) to achieving product-market fit, and managing the product lifecycle through continuous iteration
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with enterprise customers pre and post-sales to identify and solve their IAM or security needs
- Must be based within commute distance from Austin or NYC and able to collaborate with teams in a hybrid work environment
