Hai Robotics is a leading global provider of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), specializing in warehouse automation. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating opportunities and engaging key decision-makers across various industries like fashion, e-commerce, retail, and healthcare, particularly in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with high-potential accounts within the EMEA region to build a strong sales pipeline
- Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to connect with key stakeholders, leveraging insights to tailor your approach
- Deliver compelling presentations of our solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating value and aligning with their business needs
- Deeply qualify leads to ensure alignment with business goals and readiness for further sales engagement
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential business triggers within your assigned regions
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure smooth lead handoffs
- Use tools like Apollo to track outreach activities and measure success
- Share best practices, support team initiatives, and contribute to an open and collaborative culture
Requirements:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English is required
- At least 1-2 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in technology, automation, or related industries
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to research and identify key stakeholders and business opportunities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or German is a strong bonus
- Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, or similar frameworks is a bonus
