Elevanta Partners is a leading multi-cloud compliance and governance company that delivers continuous, autonomous cloud governance at scale. The Director of Partner Development will be responsible for developing and executing partner and channel sales strategies, managing sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, build, and execute winning partner and channel sales strategies, owning end-to-end sell-with motions across a portfolio of Global Distribution partners in the Americas region
- Develop and execute partner account plans, including measurable objectives, implementation milestones, and execution details to achieve high-impact business results
- Position differentiated solutions, build partner readiness, and co-develop partner programs that drive customer wins and revenue growth
- Manage all aspects of sales opportunities, including pipeline development, forecasting, customer wins, and revenue tracking
- Leverage the broader partner ecosystem and collaborate with extended internal teams to amplify business impact
- Elevate brand awareness and mindshare with partner executives and sellers
- Communicate partner strategies, progress, and insights with peers and leadership; act as an internal champion for managed partners
- Lead and manage partner business reviews with partner leadership and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in indirect sales, channel management, or partner-led growth roles
- Strong experience working with cloud providers and managed service partners
- Broad understanding of cloud markets, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
- Deep knowledge of Distribution, LSPs, MSPs, hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google), partner ecosystems, and vertical markets
- Proven experience building and executing partner-led business models, including channel programs
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization, internally and externally
- Demonstrated success closing complex sales, securing executive sponsorship, and operating with minimal management oversight
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and project-oriented professional capable of translating complex requirements into actionable plans
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or equivalent experience
