About this role
Hidani Tech is seeking a Biomedical Engineer to apply engineering principles and problem-solving skills to healthcare and biological systems. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining medical devices and technologies to improve patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and improve medical devices and biomedical equipment
- Collaborate with doctors, researchers, and clinical staff to identify needs
- Test and validate device performance, safety, and reliability
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate biomedical instruments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Analyse biomedical data to enhance product performance and usability
- Assist in research, prototyping, and product development activities
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and biological systems
- Knowledge of medical devices, biomaterials, or biomechanics
- Familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, CAD software, or simulation tools
- Basic understanding of electronics and instrumentation
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Good communication skills for technical and non-technical discussions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies
