Mudita Studios is a venture studio that builds companies from scratch, offering a unique agency experience without the typical drawbacks. The AI Growth Marketer will run campaigns, build funnels, and scale conversions across multiple portfolio companies, taking ownership of the outcomes from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Run paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels for multiple portfolio companies simultaneously
- Build and optimize conversion funnels—landing pages, email sequences, retargeting, lifecycle flows
- Design and execute rapid market validation campaigns—prove demand before we build product
- Analyze CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and trial-to-paid metrics to make real budget and go/no-go decisions
- Build automated marketing workflows using AI tooling (Claude, n8n, Clay) to do in hours what agencies do in weeks
- Create and manage content engines—organic social, SEO, newsletters—that compound over time
- Own attribution, reporting, and the data layer that makes it all trustworthy
- Lead contractors and specialists (media buyers, SEO, content creators) and build the playbook they run

- You've managed real ad budgets and can talk CAC, LTV, and ROAS without a cheat sheet
- You've built demand gen systems, not just executed someone else's media plan
- You think in funnels and systems, not just campaigns and creatives
- You've used AI and automation to 10x your output—not as a buzzword, as a daily workflow
- You care about revenue, not vanity metrics
- You get energy from building the marketing machine, not just pressing buttons inside one
- Agency background with multi-client experience (performance marketing, growth, or demand gen)
- Familiarity with Clay, n8n, Claude, Zapier, or similar automation tools
- Experience validating new products or markets from zero
- You've managed paid + organic + lifecycle simultaneously (full-funnel, not single-channel)
- Python, SQL, or any data skills beyond spreadsheets
