Basement Kings USA is building the dominant foundation repair and waterproofing company in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic by partnering with the best local brands and unifying their marketing. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation, managing paid media, local SEO, and content strategy to drive growth across multiple home service brands.
Responsibilities:
- Build the Acquisition Engine for Multiple Home Services Brands
- Review weekend lead volume across all brands. Spot the market where CPL spiked and reallocate budget before lunch
- Launch a new LSA campaign for the Virginia market. A/B test ad creative for Cleveland. Write landing page copy for a spring campaign
- Debate whether to shift $10K from direct mail to CTV. Make the call, move the money
- Coordinate a photo shoot with the onsite crew — real technicians, real basements, real work. Review SEO rankings across all four GMB profiles
- Pull the weekly dashboard. Flag what's working, kill what isn't, plan next week's tests
- End-to-end lead generation across all brands. Paid media (Google Ads, LSA, CTV/OTT), local SEO, direct mail, and everything in between. You plan it, launch it, optimize it
- KPIs that matter: CPL, Cost per Booked Appointment, Revenue per Lead. You build the dashboards, allocate the budget, and make the calls based on data — not gut feel
- Content strategy, organic social, creative production across four distinct brand identities. You write the ad copy, coordinate the shoots, and keep four brands feeling like themselves
- Each brand comes with their own agencies and vendors. You'll work with them in a unified marketing stack that runs without you micromanaging it
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years in growth marketing or demand gen with measurable results and real budget accountability
- Proven multi-channel paid media management (Google Ads, Meta, LSA) — you've spent real money and can show what it returned
- Hands-on local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Strong GA4, Ads Manager, and reporting/BI tool proficiency
- You write compelling copy — ad creative, emails, landing pages — not just briefs for someone else to write
- Strong skills with the modern AI-first marketing tech stack
- Home services marketing experience (foundation repair, waterproofing, HVAC, roofing, plumbing)
- Multi-location business experience
- CTV/OTT, direct mail, or offline media familiarity
- CRM experience (ServiceTitan, HubSpot, or similar)
- You've built campaigns from scratch, not just optimized what someone else built
