Clevanoo LLC is looking for a Project Manager with M&A Integration experience to join their dedicated integration team. The role involves executing an integration playbook for acquisitions, ensuring operational continuity, conducting risk assessments, and managing multiple acquisition streams.
Responsibilities:
- Playbook Execution: Translate the high-level integration playbook into tactical action items (e.g., verifying bank account changes, card cancellations, and customer reviews)
- Site Audits & Assessments: Visit facility sites to conduct operational and financial audits with an 'integration mindset' to identify what is suboptimal or high-risk
- Project Management: Manage 2-3 simultaneous acquisition streams, including clearing a backlog of older, partially integrated businesses and preparing for new acquisitions (Day -15 to Day 90 planning)
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between regional site leadership and corporate functions (IT, Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal)
- Change Management: Use a high degree of 'edge' and clarity to drive the integration agenda with local business leaders for whom integration may not be the top priority
- Issue Resolution: Identify operational 'choke points' and proactively solve them rather than just reporting status
Requirements:
- Must have integration (mergers and acquisitions) experience
- Tactical Integration Experience: Proven track record of managing the 'nuts and bolts' of post-merger integration (PMI), specifically at the site/facility level
- Operational Mindset: Experience in asset-intensive industries; while waste management is a plus, the ability to understand operational workflows (permitting, procurement, site safety) is essential
- PMO Rigor: Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Product Management) to manage complex 'game boards' of multiple sites
- High Professional Gravity: Ability to interface with senior leadership (COO/EVP) while remaining effective with front-line site managers
- ERP/IT Familiarity: Comfortable overseeing the tactical migration of IT systems and ERP environments
