They are seeking a Senior Cross-Functional Program Manager to lead large vendor partnerships and ensure successful execution of multi-year programs across diverse teams, collaborating closely with third-party vendors and various internal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize large vendor partnerships, coordinating with various operational counterparts
• Lead cross-functional projects by facilitating effective collaboration among sourcing, finance, product management, engineering, and operations teams
• Ensure timely attendance in meetings and deliver accountable work within set timelines
• Design and implement processes to enhance cross-team collaboration and support multiple project executions
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative reporting to stakeholders, providing valuable insights and updates

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Strong familiarity with Identity, Safety, and Fraud Management methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• 6-8 years of experience as a Partnerships/Vendor and/or Program Manager in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the Technology or Product & Engineering domain
• Proven track record in leading medium to large cross-functional projects and managing challenging stakeholder relationships
• Experience in contract negotiations, performance management with partners or vendors, and a good understanding of Trust, Privacy, Safety, Identity, or Fraud domains
