Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone
- Provide information about products and services
- Document and record customer interactions accurately
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during every interaction
Requirements:
- Looking for customer service experience with the following: High call volume Pharmacy background if applicable
- Pharmacy / Healthcare Call-Center experience is a pre-requisite
- Ability to handle complex calls
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attendance is an important factor in this position
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
