Senior Business Analyst

Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a contract with a client. The ideal candidate will leverage deep ServiceNow expertise to translate complex business requirements into optimized, scalable process solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and design optimized future‑state workflows within the ServiceNow platform
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and configuration‑first approaches
• Guide stakeholders and SMEs throughout the engagement, providing expert process consultation across ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB/CSDM
• Support development and testing cycles by collaborating with technical teams, reviewing functional outputs, and driving user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Prepare process documentation, acceptance criteria, and customer-facing deliverables to ensure clarity and consistent adoption of designed solutions
• Lead customer enablement activities—including training, knowledge transfer, and change management—to drive successful adoption and measurable business outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, process consulting, or ServiceNow platform implementation
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow workflows (ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM) with the ability to guide clients using configuration‑first best practices
• Proven experience leading client workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications and user stories
