Modern Family Law (MFL) is a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, seeking an IT Project Manager - Web & Enterprise Applications. The role involves working with business stakeholders and IT professionals to drive digital projects that enhance both client-facing and internal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, own and track project lifecycle for web development, Salesforce customization, and other enterprise application initiatives
- Gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate work across in-house, contract, and vendor teams (including web developers, IT, marketing, and Salesforce consultants)
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks
- Identify SME's and Stakeholders to enable cross functional collaboration and aid in developing technically aligned processes
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and drive solutions to keep projects on track
- Developing and owning the life cycle of QA/testing and ensure successful delivery, launch, and post-launch support
- Manage project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Support process improvement and adoption of digital tools across the firm
Requirements:
- Five (5) years plus experience managing technical projects (web, SaaS, or enterprise applications—legal tech a plus)
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and Cloud/SaaS Platforms (Salesforce Experience Highly Preferred)
- Strong technical acumen—you don't need to code, but can bridge business and technical teams
- Proven success running agile or hybrid projects (Jira/Asana/ClickUp experience a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a bias for clarity and action
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with vendor/contractor management
- Knowledge and experience working with the Microsoft Suite of products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe; and Zoom Conferencing Technology
- Prior experience in legal, professional services, or regulated environments is a plus
